Privacy notice
The site uses no trackers. The contact form stores name, e-mail, company, sector and message for up to twelve months, only to reply. To delete your data, write to the contact e-mail.

What we keep and why
Through the contact form we keep name, e-mail, company, sector and message, plus the page's language, the date it was sent and the version of this notice. We use this data only to answer your message. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
If you write straight to our e-mail, the message is handled the same way.
Why we may process this data
We process this data to act on a request of yours before a possible contract, as Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) provides (art. 7, item V). The form's agreement box confirms that you have read this notice.
How long
Messages from the form are kept for up to twelve months and then deleted automatically. The site's access logs keep the IP address truncated and are kept for 30 days. To stop abuse, every request for the site's pages also records a code computed from your IP address with a secret key and the day's date; without that key, the code does not reveal your address. It stays in the logs for the same 30 days. Backups are encrypted and kept for at most 30 days.

- Receives every request to the site before our server does, to protect it and deliver it.

- E-mail service: tells the team about each new message with its reference number, its sector and the page's language, and carries our replies to you. The e-mails exchanged with you stay in our mailbox for up to twelve months.
- United States.
Your rights
At any time, you can ask for confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, portability, deletion of your data and the list of those we share it with. You can also object to processing that breaks the law. We answer within 15 days.
To protect you, we confirm each request by replying to the e-mail address in our records. If our answer is not enough, you can complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
